News & Updates January 2018

We hope you've had a wonderful start to the new year and that you've eased your way back into the routines! The beginning of the year can sometimes be stressful, so to make your job a little easier for you we are happy to announce a new functionality that we know that many of you have been waiting for:

Share candidate

To be able to share a candidate or application outside of the regular Hiring Team makes it even easier to collaborate and receive feedback from people that are involved in the recruitment process, even though they might not necessarily be Workbuster users.

This new functionality is designed in a way that allows you to choose which information gets shared and with whom, so that you still have full control over the applications and information.

This is how it works:

You start by selecting the applications that you wish to share, and click "Share" in the menu that appears at the bottom of the page.

Share Candidate Workbuster

You decide who you want to share the applications with, and which part of the applications that person will get access to. For example; you can choose only to share screening questions, skills or documents, or one or several of these options.

Share Candidate Workbuster

The people that you have shared the information with will gain access to a secure web page where they can see only the information that you shared with them, and where they can complete their own ratings about the candidate.

... and that's it!

This functionality is also a part of the work we are doing in preparation for GDPR, to avoid you having to send personal information about candidates via email and therefore collaborate smarter. This way several different parties can take part in the recruitment process, whilst the candidate information is secure and remains in your hands. What do you think? Is this something that will be useful for you and your team? ☺️
